The assessment
One service, productized — so you know exactly what you're getting.
No vague "free estimate." This is a defined inspection with a defined deliverable: a documented, honest read on your roof.
- 1
Full roof inspection
We walk the roof, check shingles, flashing, vents, gutters, and the underlayment where accessible. We look for the damage you can't see from the ground.
- 2
Photo documentation
Every finding is photographed with location notes. You get the photos — useful for yourself, your insurer, or a second opinion.
- 3
An honest verdict
Repair or replace, in plain language, with the reasoning. If your roof is fine, we say so. We don't manufacture work that isn't needed.
- 4
Insurance-claim guidance
If the damage is claim-worthy, we explain how to file, what your adjuster will look for, and what documentation helps. We don't promise outcomes.
Storm damage, explained
What hail and wind actually do to a roof.
We'd rather you understand your roof than be frightened of it. Here's what a storm does — in plain language, no scare tactics.

- Granule loss
- Hail knocks the protective mineral granules off shingles. Bare spots expose the asphalt underneath to UV, which ages the roof years faster than it should.
- Bruising & soft spots
- A hailstone can bruise the shingle mat without cracking the surface. It feels soft underfoot and weakens the shingle, even when it looks intact from the ground.
- Lifted & creased shingles
- Strong wind lifts shingles and creases them at the fastener line. Once creased, a shingle won't seal back down — the next storm gets under it that much easier.
- Flashing & seal failures
- Wind and impact crack the sealant around vents, chimneys, and valleys. Water follows the path of least resistance, so a small seal gap can leak for months unseen.

Insurance claims
We help you document and navigate the claim — factually.
We can't promise a claim will be approved — that's your insurer's call, based on your policy and the actual damage. What we can do is make sure the damage is documented clearly and the process is less of a mystery.
We document the damage
Our inspection report pairs each finding with photos and location notes — the kind of record an adjuster can actually work from.
We help you file
We walk through what your policy typically covers, what to submit, and the deadlines that matter. You file the claim; we provide the evidence.
We meet your adjuster
If you'd like, we meet the insurance adjuster on-site to point out the documented damage and answer technical questions about the roof.
We scope the repair
Once the claim scope is settled, we quote the work to the agreed scope. We don't inflate estimates, and we won't start work you didn't approve.
A note on outcomes: claim approval, scope, and payout are decided by your insurance company. We document and advise; we don't guarantee results.
